This is a unique opportunity to lead a recruitment team during a period of significant transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and helping shape the future of talent acquisition within a complex global environment.

The main responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed recruitment team.
  • Drive consistency, performance and best practice across the recruitment function.
  • Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of recruitment processes and systems.
  • Remain involved in end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions.

The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams within a complex, global organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience delivering change, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple locations, cultures and time zones.
