We've helped build its Belfast team over the past 18 months, and they're growing again.

This opportunity would suit a curious engineer who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technologies and taking ownership.

You'll join a team that embraces AI and values the ability to learn across languages and tools.

The opportunity You'll be working closely with engineering, product and design colleagues.

You will: Own features across backend services and frontend interfaces, from initial ideas through to release.

Build APIs and cloud-based services that support web and mobile experiences.

Contribute to system design, architecture and decisions about how the product evolves.

Improve reliability, performance and security through testing, debugging and thoughtful engineering.

You're comfortable learning different programming languages and choosing tools around the problem.

You can work independently, make sound decisions and take responsibility for delivery.

You enjoy an environment where ideas develop quickly and requirements aren't always fully defined.

You care about maintainable code, testing and the experience of the people using your software.

You communicate well and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Personal projects, open-source contributions or experiments with new technologies would be a welcome bonus, but aren't essential.

AI tools are already part of the development environment, including Chat GPT, Gemini, Cursor and internal tools powered by LLMs.

Is it right for you?

This is a fast-moving product environment with meaningful ownership and evolving priorities.

It will suit someone who enjoys trying new approaches and getting involved beyond a tightly defined remit.
