MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growing US consulting and engineering firm as they grow their engineering presence across the UK. Our client delivers complex ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers globally and we're leading the search for a Senior Project Manager to anchor their growing delivery team.

This is full end-to-end engagement and ownership. You'll shape Statements of Work with the sales team, translate them into project plans with engineers, and run delivery directly with customer stakeholders at every level.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning customer engagements from SOW through to delivery
  • Managing and coordinating a team of talented software engineers
  • Building project plans, roadmaps and operating plans alongside leadership
  • Reporting programme status, analysing risk, and keeping delivery on track
  • Working strategically with sales on account growth

What they're looking for:

  • 10+ years of project management experience in client-facing roles
  • A background in services or technology consulting
  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams
  • ServiceNow exposure strongly preferred so you can hit the ground running
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The package:

  • Base salary up to £100k, dependant on experience
  • Fully remote within the UK
