Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client, creating memorable and personal customer journeys.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and product expertise.
  • Represent a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury watch and jewellery brands with professionalism and confidence.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge across products, collections, and brand heritage to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Manage customer enquiries effectively, supporting both decisive buyers and clients seeking advice and consultation.
  • Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and strengthen ongoing client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit sales team to achieve individual and store performance targets.
  • Maintain showroom standards to ensure displays and presentation remain of the highest quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
  • Contribute positively to the wider team culture and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience within a customer-facing sales or retail environment.
