MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Accountancy Practice based in Belfast City Centre looking to recruit an Accountant at Manager/Senior Manager level to join their team.

The Company: An independent professional services firm providing accounting, tax, and strategic advisory support to businesses and individuals. The firm specialises in helping clients manage growth, navigate complex financial matters, and make informed commercial decisions through a combination of compliance, planning, and advisory expertise.

Job Duties of the Accountant Manager/Senior Manager include:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients as main point of contact for accounts and tax matters
  • Prepare statutory accounts to filing standard in line with relevant accounting standards
  • Complete personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory duties
  • Support on ad-hoc assignments

What you need to be the Accountant Manager/Senior Manager:

  • ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with at least 2 years post qualified experience
  • Previous experience within accountancy practice
  • Strong experience in accounts preparation
  • Strong experience in personal and corporate tax compliance
  • Previous managerial experience
