Having evolved from a specialist consultancy into a product-focused business, the company has developed its own AI platform and is experiencing significant growth across both its customer base and product teams. As part of this expansion, they are looking to hire Product Designers at Mid-Level, Senior and Principal levels to help shape the future of their AI products.
The Opportunity
These are exciting opportunities to work on complex, innovative products that are solving real-world challenges through artificial intelligence. Depending on your level, you'll:
- Lead design projects from discovery through to delivery
- Create intuitive user experiences for sophisticated software products
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and design standards
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product direction
- Conduct user research, prototyping and usability testing
- Mentor and support other designers (Senior and Principal levels)
- Help drive design strategy and best practice across the organisation (Principal level)

What We're Looking For
- Product design experience appropriate to Mid, Senior or Principal level
- Strong UX, interaction design and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to AI-enabled products or emerging technologies would be beneficial but not essential
