The successful candidate will play a key role in setting direction, defining standards and blueprints, and ensuring teams are aligned on how AI and automation should be implemented across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:- Define standards, patterns and architecture for AI-driven workflows and automation
- Shape the organisation's approach to agentic AI and next-generation automation
- Act as a bridge between engineering, architecture, AI and transformation teams
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Help mature delivery practices and ensure consistency across teams and programmes
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring external insight into the organisation
- Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
- Experience in workflow automation, architecture, transformation or similar roles
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure
- Ability to operate across both technical and strategic conversations
- Experience working with engineering teams and shaping delivery direction
