They are seeking a creative, dynamic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the marketing manager and wider marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for social media, content creation and hospitality to work across a portfolio of award-winning brands. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring online and offline marketing remains engaging and relevant while helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and offline channels.
- Manage and update brand websites, ensuring content is accurate and current.
- Capture photography and videography content in line with marketing and events calendars.
- Manage CRM initiatives and support customer communication campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage audiences through emerging platforms.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure awareness of marketing activity.
Essential Criteria
- Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years' experience within a marketing role.
- Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
- Photography and videography experience.
- Previous experience within the hospitality, tourism or leisure industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Experience using design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
