Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Measure quantities and assess material, labour, and installation costs
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
  • Work closely with design, production, and project teams throughout the tender process

About You

  • Experience estimating bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
