MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to appoint an experienced HR Generalist to join the team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available.
The role: This is a hands-on, operational HR role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and can quickly hit the ground running across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with managers across the business, supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout.
The main responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Supporting employee relations casework including absence, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Advising managers on HR policy and best practice.
- Managing contracts, HR documentation and employee records.
- Supporting performance management and employee engagement activity.
- Assisting with HR reporting and general HR administration.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal processes.
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role in Northern Ireland.
- Strong operational HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
