An independent, partner-led advisory firm delivering deal advisory, restructuring, and insolvency services across the UK & Ireland. The practice combines deep technical expertise in M&A, debt advisory, business turnaround, and formal insolvency with a clear commercial understanding of stakeholder needs.

Job Duties include:
- Manage insolvency and restructuring case administration end-to-end, ensuring timelines, correspondence, and statutory compliance are maintained.
- Prepare reports, statements of affairs, and creditor communications.
- Maintain creditor schedules, process proofs of debt, and coordinate documentation for creditor meetings and updates.
- Analyse company financial records, bank statements, and ledgers to assess cash position, asset realisations, and potential antecedent transactions.
- Coordinate asset identification, valuation liaison, and realisation processes across liquidations and bankruptcies.
- Support new case on-boarding and contribute to business development through fee proposals, case summaries, and referrer relationship management.
What you need to be the Successful Candidate:
- Prior experience in insolvency, restructuring, and exposure to M&A within an accountancy practice, advisory firm, or insolvency office.
- Working knowledge of case processes and statutory compliance.
- Strong work ethic with the confidence to take ownership of cases in a small, hands-on practice environment.
- Background can be Big 4 or mid-tier/boutique welcomed, bringing structured experience into a boutique setting.
- Career-driven, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple live assignments with minimal supervision.
- For senior applicants: proven ability to win new work, maintain referrer relationships, or leverage an existing professional network.
