HR Coordinator We're delighted to be partnering with an established and forward-thinking organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team in a varied role where no two days are the same.

You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, supporting the full employee lifecycle while taking ownership of HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee engagement initiatives.

The role As HR Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing a professional and responsive service to employees and managers.

You'll coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly from onboarding through to offboarding, while supporting payroll, reporting and wider HR initiatives.

The main responsibilities Coordinate HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.

Manage onboarding, pre-employment checks, contracts and induction activities for new starters.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel documentation.

Coordinate monthly payroll administration and employee benefits.

Support employee relations processes and provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees.

Produce HR reports and workforce data to support business decisions.

Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, reward and recognition programmes and company events.

Support HR projects, annual HR processes and continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

The ideal candidate Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar HR support role.

Strong knowledge of HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Experience supporting payroll processes and maintaining HR systems would be highly desirable.

Excellent organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

HR qualification, HR degree or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
