Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover) Belfast Based Competitive Salary MCS are delighted to be working with a leading agricultural company who are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team and deliver high-quality in-house design solutions across a broad range of print and digital channels.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and external creative partners, you will help ensure our brands remain visually consistent, innovative and impactful, while supporting a wide variety of marketing and business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects and deliver creative work that reflects and strengthens established brand identities.
Key Responsibilities Create engaging creative assets across print, digital, web, social media and packaging.
Champion and protect brand identities by producing high-quality, consistent work in line with brand guidelines.
Manage design projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues, external agencies and creative partners.
Oversee print production and ensure artwork meets required brand and quality standards.
Work across multiple projects while managing deadlines, priorities and changing requirements.
Contribute creative ideas to support wider marketing and business initiatives.
Essential Criteria A third-level qualification in Graphic Design or a related subject; practical experience may also be considered. 1-2 years' relevant experience in multimedia or graphic design.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop.
A strong understanding of brand guidelines and the importance of maintaining brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of visual execution.
Experience in digital video editing and still photography.
The right to work in the UK, with relevant documentation available.
