MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Mallusk to recruit a Credit Controller for a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential of extension.

Role
Reporting to the Credit Control Lead, this role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and following up on outstanding balances
- Negotiating and agreeing appropriate payment plans
- Ensuring debts are managed in line with internal policies and procedures
- Escalating overdue or high‑risk accounts when required
- Maintaining accurate records while delivering a high level of service
Person
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone‑based conversations
- Experience in credit control, collections, or within a regulated environment
- Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
