The Role: As the successful Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients;
- Covering Statutory & Management Accounts;
- Overseeing a team;
- Mentoring junior members of staff;
- Prepare and review timely tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations;
- Oversee the preparation and review of client work including the preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies;
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person: The successful Senior Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- 3 years Practice experience;
- Ideally qualified accountant (will look at QBE);
- Previous management experience;
- Savvy on systems.
