This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to lead a multi-site warehousing and distribution network across the UK, Ireland and North America. Key Responsibilities Lead warehousing and logistics operations across multiple sites. Develop and deliver the logistics strategy in line with business objectives. Oversee distribution, transport and third-party logistics providers. Drive improvements across productivity, inventory, service levels and cost. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS and regulatory requirements. Manage import, export and customs activities. Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead and develop warehouse management teams. Drive continuous improvement, risk management and business continuity. Requirements Proven senior experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain. Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, quality and regulatory compliance. Experience with import/export and customs processes. Strong understanding of inventory and stock control. Experience with ERP/WMS systems and 3PL management. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in continuous improvement and cost reduction. Pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated-sector experience desirable.
