- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software

- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, ports or similar environments would be highly advantageous, although candidates from more traditional IT support backgrounds who are keen to work in a hands-on environment are also encouraged to apply.

This role is fully site-based and involves working in a busy operational environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable with:
- Working at height, including the use of cherry pickers
- Working onboard vessels
- Climbing stairs and accessing equipment in operational areas
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Participating in a 24/7 on-call rota (typically one week in every four)

- A varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same
- Opportunity to work across both terminal and vessel environments
