MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business within the healthcare sector. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related faults.
  • Support machine installations, commissioning activities, and equipment upgrades.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and production efficiency.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician role.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified and competent to work on electrical systems and circuits.
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Experience working with PLC-controlled and automated machinery.
