MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business within the healthcare sector. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
You will:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related faults.
- Support machine installations, commissioning activities, and equipment upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and production efficiency.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician role.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Qualified and competent to work on electrical systems and circuits.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience working with PLC-controlled and automated machinery.
