MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Project Validation Engineer to join a leading manufacturing environment, supporting the introduction of new equipment, processes, and technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
You will:
- Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.
- Lead validation projects from planning through to completion.
- Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA, and support root cause investigations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and good documentation practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and support process optimisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on testing and validation activities.
You will have:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Validation, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, FMEA in manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
