Operating in a fast-paced, operational environment, you will work closely with senior leadership to build, embed, and shape a consistent and compliant HR function across multiple locations. Lead the development and implementation of the HR function. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across all HR matters. Manage and lead on complex employee relations cases. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Lead recruitment and workforce planning across the business. Deliver a compensation & benefits review to ensure market competitiveness. Proven experience in a senior HR role. Experience building or improving HR structures, processes, or functions.
