MCS Group is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for our highly successful manufacturing client based in Lisburn. We're looking for an experienced Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator to manage the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will be based in Lisburn and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

In this key role, you will:

  • Coordinate inbound freight
  • Manage customs and TSS processes
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping partners
  • Monitor shipments
  • Ensure goods arrive on time, compliantly, and cost-effectively

You will work closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in inbound logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing multi-site inbound freight operations
  • Strong knowledge of TSS, customs processes, and GB-NI duty reimbursement
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in imports, HMRC regulations, or FMCG/manufacturing is advantageous
