The Role: As the successful Tax Advisory Senior you will be responsible for the following:

  • Deliver corporate tax advisory, restructuring, and M&A projects for a varied client portfolio.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and support the implementation of tailored solutions.
  • Assist with estate planning and wider advisory work, depending on experience.
  • Liaise with HMRC and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.

The Person: The successful Tax Advisory Senior will meet the following criteria:

  • CTA qualified with at least 3 years' post-qualified experience in a mixed tax advisory role, including M&A exposure.
  • Strong technical background with experience working alongside other tax specialists and advisors.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong Excel skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
