MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a top construction company to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, hands-on role and make an impact on the company's continued growth.
The Role
Due to team growth and upcoming projects, the business is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who can get stuck in to new projects. You will play a key role as part of the commercial team on a wide range of projects, working alongside senior and managerial staff to deliver projects to a high standard.
You will:
- Lead cost management and commercial delivery of projects from start to finish
- Work closely with clients, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support the team and promote best practice in line with company processes
- Confidently manage projects and contribute to smooth project execution

The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor having previously worked within the construction industry
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Confident working with clients, procurement, and commercial project management
- Able to work in a busy, supportive team environment and contribute to best practice
