MCS are working with a fast-growing SaaS business to recruit a Product Marketer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping product messaging, supporting go-to-market strategy, and driving customer engagement through high-impact campaigns. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to translate product features into compelling customer value propositions and deliver integrated campaigns that support growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging and value propositions across key customer segments
- Translate technical product features into clear, customer-focused marketing narratives
- Coordinate campaign delivery across digital, content, brand, PR and sales functions
- Create launch materials including landing pages, customer communications and campaign assets
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support product adoption and customer engagement
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Use analytics and customer feedback to optimise messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for growth, customer engagement and market positioning
Essential criteria
- 3+ years' experience in product marketing, campaign marketing or B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong experience supporting product launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Digital teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems and campaign analytics
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
