As part of this expansion, they are looking to hire Product Designers at Mid - Senior level to help shape the future of their AI products. This role is specifically focused on designing and evolving the company's design system and component libraries, so strong experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems is essential.

The Opportunity

  • Lead design projects from discovery through to delivery
  • Create intuitive user experiences for sophisticated software products
  • Design, build and scale design systems and reusable UI component libraries
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product direction
  • Conduct user research, prototyping and usability testing
  • Mentor and support other designers (Senior and Principal levels)
  • Help drive design strategy and best practice across the organisation (Principal level)

What We're Looking For

  • Product design experience appropriate to Mid, Senior or Principal level
