MCS are delighted to be working with a leading Law Firm to recruit a Pitch Executive for their growing team. They are looking for an organised, creative and commercially aware Pitch Executive to support the delivery of compelling proposals, tenders and client presentations across international markets and practice areas. Working within the Core Pitch Team, you will collaborate closely with business development, marketing and legal teams to produce high quality, client focused pitch materials that help drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects and has a strong eye for detail, content and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements to a consistently high standard
  • Support the strategy, drafting and delivery of bids and tenders for high-value opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with BD, marketing and creative teams to create engaging, client-focused content
  • Edit, proofread and refine bid documents, presentations and marketing materials
  • Assist in developing compelling value propositions and key messaging tailored to clients
  • Maintain pitch resources, templates and best practice guides
  • Become a key point of knowledge for practice areas, pitch tools and systems
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced global environment

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience within bids, proposals, marketing or business development, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail with a strong eye for presentation and design
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills including templates, formatting and presentation creation
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
