This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the technology behind a platform that is helping companies operate more efficiently.
As a PHP Developer, you will work closely with the CTO and founding team to help architect and scale the platform, contributing to both product development and long-term technical strategy.
The RoleYou will play a central role in building and evolving a modern software platform used by a range of organisations. You will contribute across the full stack, designing scalable backend systems while also helping to deliver intuitive front-end user experiences. Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing secure, scalable applications using PHP, Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js
- Contributing to the architecture and evolution of a rapidly growing SaaS platform
- Working closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver new features and improvements
- Exploring and integrating AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance automation across the platform
- Maintaining high standards around code quality, performance, and security
- Researching emerging technologies and helping shape the company's technical direction
- Taking ownership of features and initiatives from concept through to delivery
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and technically strong developer who enjoys solving complex problems and building high-quality products. You will likely have:
- Software development experience
- Strong experience working with PHP and Laravel
- Frontend development experience using Vue.js or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience building scalable SaaS platforms or web applications
- A passion for modern technologies and a strong interest in AI or machine learning
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience with Python or AI/ML technologies would be beneficial but is not essential.
