MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting a part-time HR Officer on behalf of our client based in Lisburn. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR matters, providing hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle within a professional, people-focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment processes from initial advert through to appointment
- Coordinating onboarding and induction for new starters
- Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Supporting absence management and general employee relations matters
- Assisting with HR reporting and administrative tasks
- Supporting engagement, wellbeing, and people initiatives
- Providing general HR support to managers and the wider business as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (beneficial)
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office (beneficial)
