MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Quality Engineer for our client in Lisburn. They are a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality standards are maintained across production and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective/preventive actions
- Conducting root cause analysis using quality improvement tools
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding quality-related issues
- Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities across the site
- Supporting inspection and documentation processes where required
About You
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar quality-focused role
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across production, engineering, and operations teams
