This role offers the opportunity to operate with real autonomy while partnering closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, improve processes, and support the business through its next phase of growth. You'll suit this role if you enjoy building structure, driving change, and operating in a hands-on environment where you can genuinely influence decision-making.
The main responsibilities:
- Leading the full HR function across the organisation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and leadership teams.
- Managing complex employee relations matters and providing commercial HR guidance.
- Delivering guidance and practical support to managers on performance, ER, and leadership best practice.
- Driving recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies.
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Leading HR projects including HRIS implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Supporting organisational development and culture initiatives.
- Using HR data and reporting to support business decisions and identify trends.
- Coaching and supporting managers across all areas of people management.
- Identifying opportunities to modernise and improve HR processes across the business.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience operating at HR Manager level with a Northern Ireland employer.
- Strong background within a standalone or autonomous HR environment.
- Experience leading HR projects from end-to-end.
- Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Confident balancing strategic input with hands-on HR delivery.
