Job Duties of the Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager include:

  • Lead and support the delivery of corporate finance and strategic advisory projects, including M&A transactions, fundraising, valuations, and due diligence.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, providing high-quality financial analysis, modelling, recommendations, and client advice.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations for clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and sector-specific markets while contributing to business development and deal origination activities.

What you need to be the Successful Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager?

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CAI or equivalent) with previous experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or advisory roles, gained within a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique environment.
  • Strong technical and commercial expertise, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client-facing advisory work and managing complex projects to tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in building client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to business development and networking activities.
