We're working with a well-established, market-leading manufacturing organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. As part of continued growth and investment in data and systems, they are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to play a key role in supporting commercial and operational decision-making.

The Role

  • You will work closely with finance, commercial and operational teams to provide meaningful insights that drive business performance.
  • Delivering data-driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Analysing sales, pricing and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Supporting product costing and pricing processes.
  • Improving data accuracy and reporting processes across the business.
  • Working with stakeholders to enable better use of data across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Commercial Analyst role.
  • Strong skills in Power BI (or similar visualisation tools).
  • Experience writing and working with SQL queries.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or a commercial environment would be beneficial.
