We're recruiting for an AI Consultant to join an innovative software business as they continue to invest in AI across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how AI is embedded into day-to-day operations, working across multiple departments to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business value.
This is not a software engineering or AI development role.
Instead, you'll act as the bridge between business teams and technical specialists, helping colleagues understand where AI can improve processes while ensuring solutions are implemented securely, responsibly, and effectively.
The Role You'll work with teams across the business to: Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency and ways of working.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and training sessions to build AI awareness and adoption.
Translate business challenges into clear opportunities that technical teams can assess and implement.
Evaluate AI tools and vendors, recommending solutions that best fit business needs.
Support AI initiatives from discovery through to pilot and rollout.
Measure the impact of AI projects, tracking business benefits and adoption.
Work closely with technical, compliance and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet governance, security and data privacy requirements.
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, influencing stakeholders and driving change across an organisation.
You may come from a background in: Business Transformation Change Management Business Analysis Product or Product Operations Consulting Learning & Development (with a focus on digital adoption) Governance, Risk or Compliance A technical background where you've moved into a business-facing or strategic role You'll ideally have: Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions or stakeholder meetings.
Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar.
An understanding of how AI can improve business processes.
Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
An appreciation of governance, compliance, security and data access considerations when introducing AI solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
