Payroll Specialist A company that specialises in supporting complex infrastructure and operational systems are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their accounts team. The Rewards As the successful Payroll Specialist you will receive: Salary £36,000 - £40,000(Depending on experience) Hybrid working. Private Medical Insurance - Option to add family. Early Finish Fridays. Pension 30 days holidays. The Role The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process. Administer employee benefits. Administer starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary changes, overtime, shift allowances, statutory payments, pension deductions and benefit deductions. Review, check and verify payroll input before submission to the payroll provider. The Person The successful Payroll Specialist will meet the following criteria: Experience of end-to-end UK payroll processing. Experience administering a time and attendance system. Experience administering employee benefits. Working knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension administration. CIPP is desirable but not essential.
