Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support business goals and employee development.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions – both in-person and virtual – across multiple departments.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
- Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps.
- Maintain accurate training records and support compliance-related learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training design and delivery, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences and learning needs.
- In-depth understanding of GMP
