Senior Technician in Larne

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Senior Production Technician/Operator for our successful client, a leading global manufacturing company based in Larne. As the Senior Production Operator, you will: Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications. Coordinate staffing to achieve daily production targets. Monitor and report rejected product and production issues. Ensure batch documentation, logbooks and reconciliation records are completed accurately and on time. Allocate materials and complete relevant stock reconciliation documentation. Support and guide colleagues to achieve operational and quality objectives. You will have: Flexibility to work shifts and overtime. Previous experience in a team-leading or senior operator capacity would be advantageous. Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
