Intranet Manager Belfast – £55,000-£65,000 Hybrid | Permanent | Global Law Firm We\’re working with a leading global law firm who are searching for a talented Intranet Manager to take ownership of their newly launched global intranet platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital workplace for thousands of users across the world, following one of the most high-profile mergers in the legal sector. You\’ll act as the functional owner of the firm\’s SharePoint-based intranet – driving engagement, improving user journeys, and partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, Comms, Finance, IT and Knowledge teams. This role is not a deep technical position. Instead, it\’s ideal for someone from an intranet, digital communications, content, or digital workplace background who loves improving how people find information, collaborate, and communicate inside an organisation. The Role As the firm\’s Intranet Manager, you will: Own and evolve the firm\’s global intranet, shaping its roadmap and future direction Optimise content structures, navigation, information architecture and user journeys Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align platform priorities Build consensus across departments with differing needs and expectations Oversee governance, content standards, and a network of content owners Work with third-party developers and internal IT to implement changes and enhancements Introduce usage analytics and use insights to drive continuous improvement Support the adoption of new digital workplace tools including Copilot and AI-powered search About You You will thrive in this role if you have: Must-Have Experience Proven experience managing an intranet, staff portal, digital workplace platform, or internal communications platform Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable presenting to senior leaders and adapting communication style for formal and informal audiences Experience with content management, IA, navigation, and user experience on corporate platforms Ability to build consensus, influence, and guide cross-functional groups Exposure to working with third-party vendors/developers M365 experience (SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.) at a functional level Nice to Have Experience in professional services, legal, consulting, Big 4, or partnership environments Knowledge of internal communications, digital engagement, or marketing familiarity with analytics such as user journeys, search patterns and platform engagement Curiosity for AI and modern digital workplace tools Why Apply?
