MCS Group are looking for an International Tax Manager to join a global IT company based in Belfast as they look to grow out their Tax function.

Our client is a global IT company based in Belfast with multiple sites across the UK, US and APAC regions.
They specialise in software for the professional and financial services sectors.

The Role
- As the successful International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead international corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage VAT/GST, transfer pricing, tax reporting, and global tax accounting.
- Support international tax planning, audits, and OECD Pillar Two compliance.
- Partner with global Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams on strategic tax matters and M&A.
- Drive tax projects, improve processes, and mentor junior team members.
The Person
- The successful International Tax Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE tax professional with strong international or corporate tax experience.
- Background in Big 4, industry, or practice, with corporate tax experience preferred (VAT specialists also considered).
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance, VAT/GST, and transfer pricing.
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organised communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
