Interim Assistant School Bursar - Belfast - Short Term Cover
Fulltime & Part-time hours considered (min 3 days a week).
The Interim Assistant School Bursar will ideally be a Fully Qualified Accountant - Immediate Need. Salary negotiable depending on experience/level.
Reporting to the Bursar, your main purpose as Interim Assistant Bursar will be to take overall responsibility for the management of the Finance Function, overseeing all Finance and Budgetary Processes whilst working as part of the Strategic & Operations Team.
The Major Responsibilities and Tasks will include:
- Oversight/Supervision of Transactional Finance Team
- Payroll
- Statutory Accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
The Person:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with at least 5 years experience in a finance environment - Preferable Team management experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy
- Good attention to detail
- Good administration & communication skills
- Flexibility to move between tasks
