As HSEQ Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance across this key project and wider operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSEQ policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practice.
- Ensure all project teams are supported with up-to-date guidance, training, and risk assessments.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective action implementation.
- Maintain certifications including ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Foster a strong safety-first culture across all sites and business units.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role within construction or MEP sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of current HSEQ legislation and standards.
- Experience with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
