MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Dungannon, who are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, support employee onboarding, and contribute across a broad range of HR activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
  • Support employee relations, training, and development initiatives.
  • Prepare contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and right-to-work checks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and guidance.
  • Maintain HR records and support engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years' HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Familiar with online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous).
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships.
