HR Manager – Belfast – Permanent opportunity MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an organisation in Belfast as they look to add an HR Manager to their team on a fulltime, permanent basis. The role: The HR Manager will play a key strategic and operational role in shaping and delivering the HR agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing guidance to management, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives. The main responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. Advise and coach line managers on employee relations and performance issues. Oversee learning and development programmes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure HR policies reflect current legislation. Lead initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Manage HR systems, records, and reporting. Support organisational change and development projects. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred). Strong knowledge of UK employment law. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
