Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your HR and employee relations experience to manage complex cases? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team, with flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week, supporting Employment Tribunal cases and working closely with a range of stakeholders.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate Employment Tribunal cases, ensuring key milestones, deadlines and actions are progressed effectively.
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders to support the smooth progression of complex cases.
- Review case information, identify potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare briefings, submissions, responses and management information as required.
- Attend relevant meetings and Tribunal Hearings, ensuring key information is available and actions are clearly recorded.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on case progress, risks and emerging issues.
- Use case analysis and business insight to support effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Criteria
- Degree-level qualification.
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with Employment Law and employee relations matters, including Discipline, Grievance or Dignity at Work cases.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information, identify issues and make recommendations.
- Experience managing and progressing complex cases or work streams.
