HR Business Partner – Craigavon – 12 month FTC
MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team in this 12 month fixed, term contract.
The role:
You will deliver a proactive, high-quality HR service supporting managers across a complex organisation, across the entire employee lifecycle.
The main responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, absence and wellbeing.
- Lead and support disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and absence management processes.
- Support employee engagement, organisational change and HR projects.
- Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, data and reporting.
- Support recruitment, induction and HR training activities
The ideal candidate:
- Degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR experience or significant HR experience with A-levels (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of NI employment law
- Working towards or holding CIPD qualification.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing (desirable).
