The Role:
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee managed services, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, while also focusing on continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the development of IT service frameworks.
The Person:
- You\’ll likely come from a 3rd Line / Senior Infrastructure or Service Delivery background and be eager to take on more leadership and strategic responsibility.
- Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in customer-focused IT service delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills.
