MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a global professional services organisation to recruit a Group Finance Manager to join their expanding finance function based in Belfast.

Following continued growth, they are investing further in their Belfast finance team and are now seeking a Group Finance Manager to play a key role in financial control, technical accounting and group reporting. The Rewards:
As the successful Group Finance Manager, you will receive:
- £60,000-£65,000 base salary + extensive benefits package;
- Annual bonus (10%);

The Role:
As the successful Group Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Deputy Group Financial Controller and will:
- Lead the delivery of Group financial reporting, analysis and management information;
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes;
- Prepare technical accounting papers and support the implementation of new accounting standards;
- Manage Group statutory reporting and financial statement preparation;
- Partner with stakeholders across the global finance function and mentor junior team members;

The Person:
The successful Group Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent;
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS);
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong IT skills.
