Graphic Designer - Social & Creative Belfast Full time MCS are delighted to be working with a leading creative agency who are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join an award-winning creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, culturally aware and highly collaborative designer who has a passion for social content and strong creative craft.

You will work across a broad range of projects, from social campaigns and digital content to brand applications, presentations, print and creative pitches.

Key Responsibilities Create engaging and visually compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In.

Develop static and motion-led social content, including Reels, short-form video, carousels and campaign assets.

Apply strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, grids, composition and visual hierarchy.

Develop creative work across a variety of formats, from social campaigns and digital content to print, presentations and pitch decks.

Work confidently within established brand identities, applying brand guidelines consistently while bringing creativity and originality to the execution.

Collaborate closely with account teams, creative leads and other specialists to develop and deliver high-quality campaigns.

Respond quickly and creatively to briefs, feedback and changing requirements.

Contribute ideas and visual concepts throughout the creative development process.

Stay up to date with emerging social formats, creator trends, visual culture and platform best practices.

Ensure creative assets are technically suitable for each platform, including consideration of aspect ratios, safe zones, formats and user behaviours.

Essential criteria An experienced Graphic Designer with 4+ years' professional experience.

Highly creative, commercially aware and confident in developing visual ideas.

Passionate about social media and contemporary visual culture.

Experienced in designing content specifically for social platforms.

Confident working across both digital and traditional design formats.

Comfortable working within brand guidelines while also finding creative ways to evolve and apply them.

Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

Experienced with In Design and able to produce polished presentation and print-ready artwork.

Comfortable using Premiere Pro and Cap Cut for short-form video editing.

Collaborative and comfortable working alongside account, creative and other specialist teams.

Able to work at pace, manage multiple briefs and respond positively to feedback.

Curious about emerging social trends, formats and creative techniques.

Highly attentive to detail and committed to producing exceptional creative work.
