MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a nationwide wealth organisation as they look to appoint a Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Fleet.

The Role: The successful Paraplanner will be responsible for:

  • Analysing data, researching and building recommendations
  • Creating accurate reports for clients
  • Valuations, quotations, providing administrative support to clients and advisors
  • Managing workflows and time scales
  • Training and mentoring trainee paraplanners and administrators
  • Dealing with complex cases

The Person: The successful Paraplanner will meet the following criteria:

  • Have a Diploma in regulated financial planning
  • Experience within a wealth management environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing factors
