The Role: As the successful Manager / Associate Director you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Leading financial restructuring and turnaround engagements
- Preparing cash management improvement plans and supporting ongoing liquidity monitoring
- Supporting negotiations and communications with key stakeholders
- Assisting in operational turnaround and financial recovery assignments
The Person: The successful Manager / Associate Director will meet the following criteria:
- ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified
- Experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround advisory
- Experience supporting or leading financial restructuring engagements
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
