MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production & Compliance Manager for our client, a leading digital dental laboratory specialising in medical device manufacturing and guided surgery solutions across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll lead production, quality and compliance, ensuring the highest regulatory standards while supporting operational efficiency and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production planning, scheduling and quality control
- Manage ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and DAMAS quality management systems
- Lead internal and external audits
- Oversee quality assurance across the laboratory
- Manage MHRA product registrations and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with IT providers on cybersecurity compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across production and compliance
About You
- Experience in a Production, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory role
- Experience managing ISO quality management systems, ideally ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit processes
- Ability to interpret and implement regulations
- Medical device, dental or other regulated manufacturing experience is advantageous
