MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production & Compliance Manager for our client, a leading digital dental laboratory specialising in medical device manufacturing and guided surgery solutions across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll lead production, quality and compliance, ensuring the highest regulatory standards while supporting operational efficiency and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production planning, scheduling and quality control
  • Manage ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and DAMAS quality management systems
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Oversee quality assurance across the laboratory
  • Manage MHRA product registrations and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with IT providers on cybersecurity compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement across production and compliance

About You

  • Experience in a Production, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory role
  • Experience managing ISO quality management systems, ideally ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit processes
  • Ability to interpret and implement regulations
  • Medical device, dental or other regulated manufacturing experience is advantageous
